Functions:
With the cold extraction system, drops of cold water slowly pass through the ground coffee resulting in the highlighting of the full aroma and all the flavor of the coffee.
Distillation with cold water preserves the delicate flavor components of coffee, while at the same time minimizing the extraction of oils and acids that occurs during distillation at higher temperatures.
The metal tap accurately controls the flow of water, ensuring optimal distillation.
The coffee passes through the stainless filter, in the special, heat-treated collection container, resulting in an extremely clean and rich flavorful cup.
It produces high-condensed coffee, ideal for cold drinks. You can also enjoy it plain with ice, as a cold-extracted coffee.
