The Finum teapot has a patented brewing control mechanism . It is not intended for direct heating on the stove.

A filter with a patented leaching control system allows you to end leaching by simply turning the filter lid. By turning the lid, you move the internal partition, which collects and closes the tea leaves in the non-perforated zone of the filter. No removing the strainer, no dripping.

FINUM received the RED DOT Design Award and the GOOD DESIGN Award for this product. The teapot is made of borosilicate glass and the filter is made of BPA-free Tritan (copolyester without Bisphenol A - BPA). Supplied in a paper box.
